Company car renewal: Jaguar XF (2.6d) vs BMW 535d?

basically, i have narrowed it down to these two. i could have had an E-class, but i’m 35, it is a bit old for me. sorry about them being diesels, nothing i can do – BAE systems wouldn’t pay for a BMW M5 for me.

Which should i plump for?
